Our planned hike along the Tepearası, Yazdamı, Zengibar Castle (the Ancient City of Isaura), and Ulupınar village route awaits you with its captivating harmony of ancient ruins, rural life, and highland views.

Our hike begins in Tepearası. The silence of the villages, the refreshing atmosphere of the high hills, and the silhouette of the Taurus Mountains soothe your spirit from the very first steps. We then arrive at Yazdamı Village, where we take a break surrounded by traditional stone houses, rural farmlands, and the warm texture of local village culture—fully immersed in nature.

The heart of the route is the Ancient City of Isaura, also known as Zengibar Castle. This ancient settlement boasts a rich past stretching back to the Roman and Byzantine periods. Architectural elements such as Roman-era walls, towers, stone-carved structures, and the remains of a Roman triumphal arch make the castle both strategically and historically significant.

From the castle, you will witness breathtaking views of the Taurus Mountains and embark on a legendary journey as you walk step by step along the stone paths of the ancient city.
